Choosing a home inspection company is an important decision for every home buyer. A thorough, pre-purchase inspection of a house can be your best defense against unwanted surprises after you move into your new home.

1. Are you a member of any trade or industry association?
Ans. We are a member of the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI) and hold their highest certification (CRI).
2. Do you encourage the client to attend the inspection?
Ans.  Yes, in fact we encourage clients to follow us around when we perform the inspection and ask for questions.  However, you may not wish to mount the roof or go into crawl spaces!
3. How soon can you typically schedule an inspection?
Ans. Usually within 48 hours of your request, and sometimes the next day depending on our schedule.
4. How long will the inspection take?
Ans. Two to three hours depending on the size and condition of the property.
5. Have you received professional home inspection training?
Ans. We have received our training at the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT), one of the few approved schools in the country. We also engage in ongoing training every year to improve our knowledge base and keep up with new technologies.
6. Do you carry Errors & Omissions insurance?
Ans. Yes, we carry errors & omissions insurance.

1. How much will the inspection cost?
Ans. The cost will vary depending on the age, square footage and whether the property has sub grade crawl space. Prices for SFR start at $325.00 and up. Please check our online scheduler for quotes about your specific property.
2. What will the inspection report include?
Ans.  Our report service includes a detailed report on all the home's components and includes color photographs to highlight components and their conditions.  We also include a FREE 90 day warranty, a home owner's manual, an option for a free security system installation, and life time consultation.
3. Will you prepare a written report?
Ans.  You will receive a written summary report at the inspection. 
4. How soon is the report available?
Ans. The full report is usually available within 24 hours of the inspection and can be downloaded from our website, or can be emailed.
5. Can we see a sample of your ASHI or NAHI Standards?
Ans.  Yes, go to www.nahi.org to see a copy of our standards.
