He has performed over 2000 inspection since 2002, and is currently serving on the Governor's Home Inspection Licensing Board which helped to develop the Standards of Practice for new licensing in Washington State. This will require all home inspectors to be fully trained & licensed by July 1st 2010. Stephen believes in offering service above the "Standard" and strives to be your building consultant for life. Inspector, Erin Kelley, spent ten years in residential remodeling eventually running his own company listed with the Better Business Bureau. He received certification through American Home Inspectors Training Institute and has been State Licensed since July of 2013 with mentoring for his first one hundred inspections beyond mandated State requirements.
